The CA4-RC by Craftmade features an elegantly carved cabinet with four, long brass tubes painted in a tasteful, renaissance crackle finish.
Measuring an impressive 59” long, make sure you have the room to accommodate this one. It needs the room to show off its nice pipes! Equipped with volume control and a beautiful 8-note or 4-note Westminster melody, or choose a single note chime for 2 secondary doors.
*Please note: the manufacturer recommends 18 gauge wiring (button to chime, transformer to chime, chime to chime (if more than one), and ONLY use a 16-Volt transformer. In addition, the instruction manual says the unit has a volume control switch–this is incorrect. There is no volume control for this unit.

I have a tubular door bell. The two hammers seem to be seized and will not ring the bell. Can I order a replacement. The doorbell is an Emerson-Rittenhouse Model RC381-1 ( 16 volts)

Does this come with the brass tube chimes ready to hang? Other than the wire and transformer will it need anything else?

good afternoon … j.r. here in san francisco … I bought this ca4-rc carved westminster chime doorbell from you guys a few years back … I love it & so does everyone who hears it … a few weeks back there was a power failure that blew out the neighborhood’s transformer … it fried my doorbell chime … how do I order just the replacement board from the manufacturer ? … or would I be forced to buy a whole brand new unit … thanks for any help you can throw my way … much appreciated !
