Description
The BS6 series of lighted wired buttons by Craftmade are standard wired buttons that are constructed of ABS plastic and are available in two different finishes, bronze and white. These are easy-to-mount buttons as they are surface mounted directly on top of the surface you want to mount them to. This means you do not have to recess the unit inside the wall or door frame.
The buttons are manufactured by Craftmade and come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. They are lighted by an LED bulb that lasts a lifetime and will never get hot.

I received 2 bronze push buttons that did NOT say LED or LIGHTED on the packaging. My first thought was I received the wrong item. I called the vendor and questioned. The lady checked with her supplier and said that “it is a LIGHTED-LED pushbutton.”
I thanked her but, I was still doubtful. I took one of the pushbuttons apart and sure enough, there WAS a pinhead size LED soldered inside the backplate of the pushbutton. The inside has 2 very sturdy spring-type contacts which allow the button to be pushed at the top or bottom for a positive contact. Bottom line, the BS6-BZ lighted LED push button works as advertised and is of high quality.

Good afternoon. Yes, the BS6 push button has two wires, each wire would be connected to a terminal on the button and it is lighted by a LED bulb.

It’s not flush mounted as it still needs a hole for the back of the button but I got it to work misleading information

I had a hard time finding a doorbell with screws 2.25 inches apart….. although the doorbell is not beautiful, it works fine, looks better than original. The shipping was fast. I am satisfied!
