The tea-stained glass is gorgeous by itself, but when inlayed inside this oil-rubbed bronzed frame accented with faux rivets, this doorbell deserves an award. There are two versions of this wired door chime. The difference between the two is that the ICH1415-OBG (versus the CH1415-OBG) is the illumination inside the cover. This offers a soft, LED glow that emanates through the stained glass, that produces a warm glow.
The LED version has a light adjustment knob. Turning it down shows no lighting, all the way up produces a warm, soft glow. When turned on, the LEDs will flash off and back on when triggered.
Not only does this wired doorbell look good, but it’s also very well made and functions well, and will reward you with years of quality service.

The light is powered by your standard wired doorbell transformer. Once you connect the transformer to the chime, it powers the light. 12V-16V

The doorbell is very attractive and I like it a lot. It looks very nice in my front foyer. The light is just the right amount of light. The one problem that I have, is that the shade does not seem to sit flat up against the wall. A small line of light shows between the shade and the wall. Is the shade possibly warped?

I’ve recieved your replacement doorbell with the light option.
Never recieved the return shipment label with shipment. The light stays on all the time, when it was stating that it lite up when bell was rung only.
The front door chime has only a single ring, not double. The rear door also has only one ring chime also, which was expected. The bell must be a defective bell that was sent out.
Not pleased at all.with the whole ordeal at all…
