How are you supposed to loosen the screws to attach wires. The part to loosen screw is inside hole and right up to the sides of the hole.

I ordered the large gecko doorbell in flat black. The 1st order came and it was in aged bronze and the front hand was broken off. I sent an email to customer service stating I received the wrong color and it was broken. Within a week I had a replacement in the right color and with no flaws. It’s perfect. Customer service was awesome and they made it right!!

Never did this before and I dont see how the wires fit or get secured ?

He, or perhaps she, arrived safely in a well padded cage. Shipping was on time, which was good, as it was a birthday present. The gecko is just as advertized and makes a very nice addition to our front entry. I did have to paint the mounting screws black, after installing. Thanks.

Doorbell was exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to install. If you’re installing in Hardie board siding make sure you drill pilot holes for the screws.

Going by the picture and the 9-13/16″ length then isn’t the hole-hole distance more than 2-3/16″? When I print it out close to the 9-13/16″ length, the hole-hole distance measures out to be close to 3.5″. So which is right, the 9-13/16″ total length of the gecko or the hole-hole distance of 2-3/16″? Based on the picture if the 2-3/16″ hole-hole distance is correct then the gecko is only around 6″ long. Your feedback on this matter is greatly appreciated as our current doorbell needs to be replaced and it has 2-13/16″ spacing for the screw holes.
