Looking for an entrance alert that can be silent besides the vibration of a portable transmitter. For use in a dog daycare so that the dogs are not alerted when someone enters the building, only the owner carrying the transmitter. The receiver must be a reliable motion sensor.
Can the portable transmitter be set to vibrate only and the rest of the system silent? If so, is the vibration strong?

We have a PR-2500 portable receiver which works fine for our needs, however the sound is very high pitched and long. This receiver does not seem to have the capability of changing the pitch or sound of alert. (vibrate would not be helpful for us) Do you have something that sounds more like a doorbell or something not so harsh that still logs time and date when an alert is received?

Wow! Love our new chime system. We put up sensor at entry door… drug aisle… candy aisles. During slow times allows my staff and myself to step away and do other tasks. Then our new “little helpers” let us know when customers have arrived or need extra attention in other areas of the store.
