The DH920 is a small, compact buzzer by Carlon that produces a loud buzzing sound when activated.
Ideal for warehouses, workshops, or other areas where gentle musical tones just won’t cut it.
The small, compact buzzer packs a punch. Use this wired buzzer in an existing installation or create a new doorbell kit. To create a wired buzzer system, you will need the following items:
- 16 Volt, 10 VA transformer (DH905)
- 20 AWG Bell Wire (DH965)
- A Wired doorbell button
- Single door operation
- For use with 16 volt AC transformer
- Width 4.8”, Length 1.38”, Height 5.8”, Weight 3.36 oz

I am using a buzzer for sometime completely different than most people that purchase from 1800Doorbell. They couldn’t have been more helpful when I called. I purchased the entire “set up” that I needed.

Loud enough of what we needed for our warehouse, but cannot have the buzzer On all the time for buzzing of everytime the door opens as it got burned out of the first purchase we had. I had to buy another one and now we plug it in only when the warehouse is in use and it have not give us problem. I am buying another one just incase if current one burn out again then I can have a replacement already.

Yes you can, as long as your transformer is powerful enough.

The DH920 12V buzzer has a decibel rating of 85-90 but we do have louder 12 volt accessories:
Firebell – 85 -90 decibels
Siren – 110 decibels
Mini siren/strobe – 115 decibels

Can you tell me if the volume is adjustable and if so the db range on this unit?

Good morning. The DH920 is 80-85 decibels and does not have a volume control. Our only 12 volt accessory with a volume control would be the SS-PSIREN-W with a decibel rating of 112-115. Thank you,
