Description

My wife loves Napa Valley.  If you’ve been, you’ll know what I am talking about when I mention the lovely mission-style homes that dot the landscape.  The CH2601-AZ is a perfect wired chime to complement that mission-style home.

The outer frame of this chime creates a window frame look by hand-carved panes in a resin base and finished in distressed antique bronze.  The CH2601-AZ Craftmade Mission Styled Wired Doorbell in Antique Bronze Finish Inset, under the frame, the resin is painted in antique bronze.

Two notes designate the front door and a single note for a secondary door.  Can be hung vertically or horizontally to fit most spaces.  This is a wired doorbell and a 16-volt transformer is recommended.

There was no sound on the recording. I checked my computer volume. Can you post a new one so I can hear it?

  6. Ryan Goebel

Is a 24 volt transformer going to damage the chime?

  7. 1800Doorbell

yes, it is not recommended to use a 24V transformer. It will cause the plunger inside the chime to strike with more force than it is supposed to…so over time it will wear it out faster than it should.

Hello, I am interested in this doorbell chime for the look, since I cannot find anything similar for our home. I currently have a Westminster chime though, so is it possible to get this with such chime? Thank you
