Nice doorbell. Well built. Took a few seconds to get it to tune correctly, but pretty easy set up. Also, customer service was excellent.

Is there a way to find the decibel level of these doorbells? The current doorbell at 85 decibels cannot be heard if the tv or music is on. Also, in this door bell, the pitch is high for the notes. Is there a way to control the pitch – I mean lower it so it sound like a gruff dog instead of a high pitched cat?
