The SS110 by Safeguard Supply packs a punch.  It’s an Inexpensive Long Range Chime kit, but don’t let the cost fool you.  This powerful wireless door chime has a range of 1000 ft. from Push Button to Receiver.   The modern design and minimal size make it convenient to plug into any wall outlet, and you can have multiple chimes throughout your home or office.

The kit ships with the SS111 wireless push button and the SS135 plugin receiver.  Mount the push button to your exterior wall using the supplied double-sided tape or mounting screws, and plug the receiver into a standard wall outlet.  Next, follow the easy programming steps to pair the push button to the receiver, choose a melody, and the system is up and running.

    Got my new door chime fairly quickly very small elegant looking no plastic junk for sure it’s pretty loud not as loud as I thought it would be but my hard of hearing 14 year old dog can hear it now definitely worth the $16.98.

    this is the best solution I’ve come up with. the drawback is that I can’t make the doorbell silent, with only a light to indicate my client is in the waiting room.

    This little plug in doorbell is plenty loud. Most of the 52 “rings” are music that wouldn’t work for anyone who is hard of hearing, but if you need it, there’s even a ring that sounds like a large dog barking. The one thing that would make it better for us is if it had a battery back-up.

    Purchased the transmitter with two receivers. Was as simple as plug and play for setting up the two different Receivers, once i found the same tone for the door chime. Ridiculous number of chimes to choose from. Worked great straight out of the box and very pleased with it. Would recommend.

    Doorbell was easy to install. I wanted a specific door chime and you guys had it. I had a bit of difficulty paring the reciever with the transmitter due to the instructions. But after a few trials and errors I was finally able to pair them. Now the only problem I have is getting the maintenance men to use my doorbell instead of banging on my new gated door.
