We’ve had this doorbell for over 15 years and we love it, but recently it has started working intermittently. At first I thought just the light burned out, but when out the chime doesn’t work either. But at times the light’s lit and the doorbell works fine. Where should I start to address this problem, short of removing the entire unit or replacing it altogether?

The button was stuck and wedged sideways. Had to remove button then file the mount material so button would work. The large block edge was chipped but decided it didn’t not look right on rough stucco on my wall. So I Just got new button for mine.
