Description

This is a brass doorbell button for wired door chimes.  The button features a lighted rim that illuminates the button at night.  Around the rectangular edge is an intricate rope design wrapping around the plate.  While simple, this doorbell button will surely add a touch of class to any home or business.

The center button is brass and is surrounded by a lighted LED rim.  The LED won’t ever break or burn out, and Thomas & Betts backs this up with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.  You can feel the quality of this product when you pick it up and feel the heaviness in your hand.

This is a flush-mounted doorbell button, meaning the “guts” of the button will sit inside the wall or mounting surface while the plate will rest on top of the wall.

    Elegant looking finish. Light around button has nice glow. Only thing I found odd is button does not snap into plate. It simply fricton fits so if you wanted to you could pull it out from the front. Maybe the idea is easy access to terminals with plate installed.

    Confusing information given. The description says it’s the doorbell with the led lit rim. But this is much less expensive than expected.
    Is this the led lighted rim doorbell ?
    I hope so because I ordered two and want to cancel my order if it isn’t . If it isn’t please give me information about how to cancel order.

    Confusing information because on top of page says DH1667.
    Further down on page says DH1667L.

    Why is it so cheap? Is it on sale?.
    The non led lit rim one is more in keeping with the $10.00 one.

    I’m just not confident In your response.

    The DH1667L has a LED halo around the center button. This push button is only available as lighted and there is not a non lighted version. All finishes come with the same LED lighted button. Thank you,
