    Goes all the way to the back of the building with no issues. Easy to install and works just as advertised.rnOnly drawback is the flimsy two sided tape used to stick the button on – I switched it out for much more sturdy stuff.

    One bell/strobe combination replaced a ridiculously loud buzzer that made people jump. Some obnoxious drivers would keep it blaring until somebody answered the door. The other set replaced a pitifully inadequate wireless system that you might use at home. I gave ERA-UTX rating of 4 because one of the transmitters only lasted about a week. The service response was immediate and appreciated. If you have block walls I suggest mounting the bell/strobe set on a back plane then mount the back plane to the wall. I used half inch plastic which is abundant here. It involves a lot less ladder time and the mounting hole clearances are too tight to mount to a wall using wall molies due to drill drift.

    Good afternoon. The ERA-UTDCR is one of our strongest systems, with a wireless range of up to 4000 feet. The receiver has a decibel rating of 90, 12 chimes to choose from, a completely weather-proof door transmitter, 4 levels of volume control and can be completely powered off. This system is compatible with up to 12 transmitters and an unlimited amount of receivers. The receiver plugs into a standard wall outlet and has four 12 volt outputs for additional accessories, such as a strobe light, a siren, a buzzer, a mini/strobe siren or a firebell.     We needed a solution for an audible and visual signal to alert us to which warehouse door location a delivery was being made at. We receive deliveries at (4) different dock locations dependent on type of material being delivery. We were able to use a different sound and color strobe for each of (4) zones. We no longer have irritated delivery drivers, missed deliveries and our warehouse employees know exactly which door(part of the building) to go to based on sound and the color of strobe light which we programmed to light up for 2 minutes.

    I was very pleased that I was able to easily install the door bell even though I am not a tech person. My only suggestion would be to make sure people know that they will need the transmitter and the chime. I had ordered/received only the transmitter at first but once I got the chime too, all worked great. I assumed they all came together but what I ordered didn’t have both. I have 2 buildings and it transmits with no problem thru brick walls loud enough to hear in my upstairs work area every time the door opens. It solved my problem and if things get to where I need to keep the door locked, I can change the option and use the doorbell for customers to ring before they are able to enter.

    This is a great product. It was easy to install and to pair the motion sensor and button transmitters to the receiver. The SS-PSIREN-W siren is very loud. It can be heard over the noise in the shop and even outside of the building.

    The volume on the receiver will go approximately 90 dBa, which is loud but NOT overpowering. It has 4 volume levels. You can also add things like strobe lights to this business doorbell for a visual indicator.

    We switched out all the wireless doorbells we bought at Home Depot and Lowe’s in our warehouse to these Safeguard ERA-UTX doorbells and couldn’t be happier. The old doorbells would go off intermittently every day when no one was at the door (I’m sure it was picking up some signal from outside). They would also stop working when it got really cold. These new doorbells are working well. We’ve also hooked up a strobe light for our back room where it’s quite noisy. So far, everything is working well. Customer service was excellent!

    Our warehouse is an ICF building (Insulated Concrete Form), and the walls are 18 inches thick. Getting some signals to go through the walls is hard, and we’ve tried a few other systems that didn’t work as well. We purchased this doorbell system after missing a few deliveries because the drivers wouldn’t knock. You can hear it everywhere in our warehouse, and we haven’t missed a delivery since! Perfect for a building that sometimes seems like a giant faraday cage. Our most challenging part of the installation was finding a steel stud in the exterior wall where we could mount the doorbell since the exterior of the building is stucco.

    We previously were using a door chime bought from amazon that was not reliable at all – sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. When you have customers coming in your door without knowing it, that is a BIG problem. We switched to this system and it has been great – no issues. We were also able to incorporate the bell for our delivery door into the system – I just wish it had a knocking sound as an option.

    The doorbell wireless push button and portable bell working great. The only setback the door sensor has to be within half inch of the button which makes it. non functional if the door is recessed from the jamb. Otherwise overall prity handy product

    Looking for a system for a fire station using 4 receivers and 3 transmitters. We would want each transmitter to activate all 4 receivers, but a different tone for each transmitter to all of the receivers.     I have a large building I need to set up. I believe the 1 fire bell is smoggy at least for now but I need 3 or 3 magnetic contacts for the entrance doors. I’d like to have a cost of the 3 or 4 door switches, with the receiver and the 6” fire bell. The doors and the receiver and the bell will all be located within a 150 ft radius. Can you help me?

    I work in a 1930 theater built with concrete and rebar. This doorbell unit is part of a wireless system that I hoped would ring from our front entrance up to our office on the 2nd floor.
