Expand Your Kit with Other ERA Products by Safeguard Supply
Like all Safeguard Supply products in the ERA line, the components in this kit are compatible with all the products in the ERA line (except the ERA-PIR-SPK, which is a stand-alone product).
Simply add receivers such as the ERA-DCRX desktop receiver featured in this kit, the ERA-RXPG plugin receiver with a flashing strobe, or the ERA-VPRX portable receiver with rechargeable batteries. This allows you to expand the listening range by adding as many receivers throughout your office as you want.
In addition, Safeguard Supply also offers a wide range of sensors and transmitters that are also compatible, such as the ERA-PIR indoor motion sensor, the ERA-DSTX outdoor motion driveway sensor, and the ERA-UTX magnetic door contact.

How do I attached wires to back of the transmitter

Will it just buzz to let people in? And if so, will it work on a door that opens outside on door?
Adam Bass –
This system works nicely and is very easy to setup and install. I purchased two with strobe lights for application in an industrial environment where noise is a factor. The bell itself is very loud for most circumstances but the strobe light will definitely get the attention of anyone in the area. The range of the wireless push button is also very impressive.

Fit well for our unusual application: a call button to alert sound engineer when remote control room needs to talk using strobe only (no sound). I only wish that the strobe was easier to connect to extension wire – having to solder the connection was a bit of a pain vs. having screw terminals on the strobe. We may in future add buttons/zones but so far this is working great.

This wireless doorbell has a fantastic strobe light and works great for my deaf mother in law with AMD. She can’t see much, but the strobe definitely gets her attention.
