The SS 155 strobe receiver along with the matching transmitter button looks like it may solve my problem.
I need a very bright alert light triggered by a simple button press, a chime or audio signal is not needed.. This is part of a caregiver alerting project. I bought a Chinese model that would actually work, but its light alert is not bright enough.
The strobe should be bright enough and last long enough that no matter what I’m doing inside a 20 x 20 ft room, I will notice it. Do you think this will work for me? Thanks for your attention.

It seems the receiving strobe doesnât flash when my wired doorbell. Do I need to have a second doorbell transmitter? Iâm on an aDT security system and this doorbell does let my sonic alert receiver flash. Any solutions appreciated.
