The cover for the doorbell chime will not sit flat on the wall . It doesn’t look good. the single ding for the back door has a long ding sound before it stops . It’s not worth the money that it costs . I trying to get a refund . It was told to me by someone at doorbell.com they only sell the product .

I’m looking for a doorbell chime/wall mount device to replace my current doorbell chime device. It’s the standard wired doorbell and the sound is the quintessential ding-dong sound. My wife hates that sound and wants to find a chime with some sound options – preferably ones that offer various classy options. What standard hard-wired doorbell chimes do you have that could replace a normal cheap but contemporary doorbell chime that also has better or more sound choice options?
